After several years of researching and trying to find a food truck to take our location to where the people are, we were able to snatch up this beauty early this summer and now, after Papa Fecher, Elijah and Judah worked on it in between work and theatre, it is ready to hit the road!!

I will post pics of the work in progress on my personal blog but, for now, HERE SHE IS!!

Our offerings will include:

  • Of course, the gourmet crepes and galettes (savory crepes), which we have added to our repertoire! We were also able to acquire two commercial crepe irons for the Escrepe Pod!
  • Soups like our famous Chicken Pablano Soup, Max’s Chili, Beef & Wild Rice, & Chicken Noodle made with homemade noodles
  • Sandwiches including sandwich wraps made with our crepes!
  • Hot entrees – sometimes, we’re just in the mood to make lasagna…
  • Breakfast options
  • Sweet Treats such as our popular cake pops, cookies, cupcakes, cheesecake, brownies and more!
  • Beverages including COFFEE, homemade lemonade, sweet tea, soft drinks and hot cocoa when it gets chilly.

We have, yet, to get her graphics and name her, but we’re working on it. We will be venturing out for the first time THIS SATURDAY at the Richmond Farmers Market located at the Elstro Plaza (across from the Morrison-Reeves Library) from 8-12. Come see us, meet some wonderful people and do some shopping! It’s like a party down there every Saturday! We are happy to be a part.

Our Breakfast Menu for this Saturday:

The official Ribbon-Cutting is to be announced. We look forward to serving you!

Richmond Farmers Market is every Saturday from 8am-12pm at the Elstro Plaza

Richmond Civic Theatre Block Party

We haven’t been able to be at the Farmers’ Market consistently this past month due to catering but we will be on the 900 block of Main Street THIS SATURDAY for the Richmond Civic Theatre Downtown Block Party to kick off the 2017-2018 season. We will be serving up our famous Pulled BBQ Pork, sweet treats including Cake Pops, Cookies, and, of course, we will be bringing the CREPE IRON for our crepe fans. Ice cold drinks and coffee will also be provided.

Activities for the kids will include: Paint the Towne with a Paint and Take Station, Critter Corner, Face Paint, Bubbles, Dunk Tank, balloons, “tattoos”, flag decorating and balloon magic.

Other food vendors joining us are: Youth as Resources with Waffles, Ullery’s Ice Cream with…three guesses o.O, Lemonade Day, and Bertie’s Bar with pizza!

The forecast prediction looks perfect so head to the Richmond Farmers Market in the morning from 8-12 then come see us at the Block Party!

Kicking off the Richmond Civic Theatre Season is FIDDLER ON THE ROOF! Due to the fact that 6 of our family staff members are in this production and the shows run late, we won’t be able to be at the Farmers Market the next two weeks but DO come see us with the rest of the cast! It’s an amazing show and we can’t wait for everyone to see it! Tomorrow, Friday, is OPENING NIGHT!!!

Have a delicious weekend!

Christmas in July

So far this summer, our Farmers’ Market Breakfast offerings have included French Toast Custard, BLT Egg Bake and last week, Maple Toast and Egg Cups (slices of bread spread with melted butter and pure maple syrup, chopped bacon in the bottom then an egg cracked over the bacon and baked til “just right”).

We also serve a featured jumbo muffin each week; last week was White Chocolate Macadamia Nut. We like to include Fruit Cups and breakfast would not be complete without COFFEE and Orange Juice.

Of course, Fechers’ Panache is known for their¬†Sweet Treats¬†and bring a selection of our homemade goodies such as cookies (Snickerdoodles being the favorite, so far), cake pops, ¬†brownies and cupcakes. We typically bring along at least one flavor of our Classic Cupcakes but we also enjoy delighting folks with our¬†Gourmet Flavors such as last week’s Chocolate Maple Bacon.

Our weekends typically coincide with cake orders and/or catering events. If you need to place an order for the weekend, you can plan on pick-up being at the Richmond Farmers Market. One order from last week for a Dr. Seuss-themed baby shower was a colorful assortment of Chocolatetown Special, Sour Cream White and Strawberry Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Icing.

Another regular occurrence at our booth: our family. Panache means “style or flair” and our style is family-style. We celebrate together and work together and even our youngest enjoys being a part of the experience. We have a flair for the party and the Farmers Market is a weekly party in Richmond celebrating the hard work and talents of some of Richmond’s nicest people! We really have enjoyed meeting so many lovely people. Come out and join the fun across from the Richmond Civic Theatre on the corner of N. 10th St. and Main from 8am – 12pm.

Here is where the Christmas comes in. THIS WEEK’S MENU:

  • Christmas Breakfast Casserole (served at our family’s Christmas brunch)20160709_103907
